6 women jurors followed the law and found George Zimmerman not guilty. I watched most of the trial and I am so glad they (the jurors) followed the law and did not give in to a guilty verdict because of the political or racial "pressure campaign" that took place before during and after the trial.
    I just can't believe this went to trial in the first place.  There was clear evidence that Zimmerman did act under self defense. That is why an arrest was not made until the media took over and tried to make this case in to a racial profiling case.  It wasn't just the media though but also the racist bullies such as Al Sharpton, the Black Panthers, and the good ole Jesse Jackson. It seems like those people/groups feed off of hate and they turn anything that happens to an African American in to racism.  They say they want justice and peace but then advocate violence when it doesn't go their way.  What a sad and hateful life they must lead.
    Now, the department of Justice is looking into whether or not any civil rights were violated. They are being pressured by all sorts of organizations and politicians.  What I don't understand is this stuff (killing in defense) happens all the time but because it involved an African American teenager and a "white" Hispanic, the hate mongers have to come in and get their hate in the spotlight.
     A jury already acquitted Zimmerman. That should be that. Leave it and him alone! It's over, so just deal with it.  Take your racist hate and go home.  There's plenty of hate in the world and we don't need yours!
